TPSOPT is a general multi-parameter optimization software package designed to efficiently find optimal solutions in a multi-parameter domain. It can be used with a wide range of simulation software as well as with experiments or design options. TPSOPT can work in an automatic regime during which it executes external software, reads output file(s), and analyzes the combined goal function repeatedly until the goal is reached with an acceptable accuracy or when the specified number of iterations is reached. It can also work in a manual regime as an adviser, in which case it provides a new set of parameters that it expects to quickly lead to optimization. TPSOPT comes with a convenient GUI and includes multi-window graphics which efficiently depicts the optimization process.
